Felicity brings vast experience and expertise, having worked for over 20 years in the assessment and support for autistic children and teens and other related difficulties.
Felicity ensures the Child Matters | Teen Matters team works in partnership with families to plan, write and oversee supportive programmes focusing on a range of challenges associated with autism and other developmental disabilities – including sleep problems, food selectivity, anxiety, emotional regulation, toilet training and behaviour/communication problems. A whole family approach ensures that plans are considered within the family context and families are supported throughout.
Felicity is a board approved supervisor for both psychologist and provisional psychologist registrars and provides clinical supervision both within the Child Matters | Teen Matters team and to other psychologists practicing across the South West.

Prior to joining the team Pam worked as an Administrator for over 17 years in Healthcare in the Pilbara region of WA.
In her spare time Pam enjoy making the most of the Southwest lifestyle, which is a huge contrast from living in the Northwest and Singapore.
Pam like touring around, walking her labrador, a spot of fishing and boating and travelling.lived and worked on a family farm in beautiful Pemberton, and now has a small farmlet of her own for a number of animals. Kaye has four children, enjoys swimming, loves spending time with her family, and also doesn’t mind a spot of baking, either.

Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) | Masters of Teaching
Sally joined the team in 2018 and quickly became an integral part of our organisation. With her extensive background of over 10 years of experience in working with children in an early childhood setting, Sally brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
Her friendly and approachable demeanour makes her an invaluable resource for both staff, clients, and families alike.

Kaye joins our team from the corporate administration world (as well as 15 years with South West Counselling), and is enjoying working as part of our friendly and relaxed little community (of which she is a priceless part herself, of course!).
Prior to relocating to Busselton, Kaye lived and worked on a family farm in beautiful Pemberton, and now has a small farmlet of her own for a number of animals. Kaye has four children, enjoys swimming, loves spending time with her family, and also doesn’t mind a spot of baking, either.

Bachelor of Behavioural Studies | Bachelor of Science (Psychology) (Honours)
Mel is a mum of three and a psychologist who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and their families. Mel has a special interest in trauma and neurodivergence, and has experience working therapeutically with people across the lifespan, utilising a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), neuropsychotherapy, eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and play therapy.
Mel is an AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor and facilitates Youth Mental Health First Aid training. Mel works 4 days a week with CM|TM and also works 1 day a week with the South West Autism Network as a co-ordinator, providing support to individuals and their families with autism.

Bec is compassionate and hardworking mum of two who moved to Australia from the UK in 2012.
She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and their families and has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent young people. Bec is an AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor and has experience working with a range of presentations including OCD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders and has an interest in eating disorders. She utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Behaviour Therapy (PBS), and Collaborative Proactive Solutions (CPS).
Bec particularly enjoys working with parents to help create a shared understanding of their young person’s needs and help increase overall wellbeing for the young person and their support system.

Jacqui is originally from South Africa and moved to Australia in 2008. She moved from Esperance to Busselton and is now a valued part of our Allied Health Team.
Jacqui is warm and bubbly and loves working with children, teens and families. She also loves the ocean and her Jack Russell dog Cody.

Bachelor of Science (Psychology)
Chris is an understanding and considerate psychologist.
He has experience working in the community, supporting people with a disability and collaborating to find strategies that will meet their unique needs. Chris discovered the joy of working with children and adolescents while at the Grief Counsel of WA and at Lionheart Camp for Kids. Personal experience has guided him in helping people of all ages through their grief journey. He sees great potential in everyone and has an affinity for supporting people and their family through the challenges of life.
Chris’s brilliant rapport with children and teens is evident and makes for great fun when he runs our D&D social group.

Originally from Italy, Cecilia is a provisional psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and their families to help young people feel understood, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.
Cecilia values kindness, curiosity, and connection in her therapeutic relationships. Her practice is grounded in empathy and respect for an individual’s unique experiences and strengths.
Outside of her professional practice, Cecilia finds inspiration in nature and enjoys painting, spending time with her loved ones, as well as moments of quiet reflection.

ACA Level 2 Registered counsellor, Master of Counselling
Ellen is a warm and down-to-earth counsellor who works with children, adolescents, and adults.
She has experience across school, adolescent mental health, and private practice settings, supporting clients with a range of emotional, behavioural, and relational challenges.
Ellen brings an integrated background in counselling and intercultural communication, which shapes her curiosity about how people experience, understand, and express their inner worlds. She has worked in early childhood settings with the Autism Association of WA, as well as in school settings supporting children with additional needs and children from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. She especially enjoys working with young people and is known for her cheerful but grounded presence and ability to gently build connection and trust.
Ellen values creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable to be themselves. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy and works alongside clients—and where appropriate, their families—to support meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of work, Ellen enjoys being outdoors, having grown up surrounded by lakes and forests. That said, she’s far more likely to travel to a busy city—drawn to the energy, diversity, and endless opportunities to explore. She loves connecting with people from different cultures, and has always had a fascination with languages as a self-confessed language nerd. She can also be found on outdoor adventures with her two active boys and border collie.

Bachelor of Human Communication Science (Speech Pathology)
Before joining our team, Skye worked in both the private sector and the disability sector in Australia after graduating in 2012. She also spent 2 years working in the UK, honing her skills working with children and families with a range of communication needs and from a variety of different cultural backgrounds. Skye has spent the last 6 years living and working in Perth, but has now moved to Busselton with her family and joined the Child Matters team. She is a mum to two young children who enjoying trying out all the new games she uses with her clients.
Skye enjoys working with all clients and families to help them develop their language skills, and empower them to be confident communicators. She has extensive experience working with clients with Augmentative and Alternative Communication and has found a recent passion working on speech sounds. She believes in the importance of family involvement to promote better communication across all settings.
Outside of the practice, Skye enjoys spending most of her time with her husband, two young kids, and their fluffy Cavoodle named Billie! She also loves finding new places to explore and eat. Bonus points if they have great pasta or desserts!

Laura moved to the Busselton area from Northern Australia, working for 10 years in child development teams in Darwin and in rural and remote Pilbara regions. Early in her career she spent time at the Autism Association in Perth working in their school aged team and this is where her passion for supporting autistic children and their families developed.
Laura loves working in early intervention. She prefers to work closely with family members and across the child’s key settings with other services such as daycare and school to maximize therapy benefits. She also loves working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Laura has experience in paediatric feeding in hospital and community settings and enjoys supporting families with mealtime challenges.
When not at work Laura is enjoying time with her husband and two daughters, exploring the south west.

Becca is dedicated to supporting her clients to participate in meaningful activities and enhancing their overall well-being.
Raised in Colorado, USA, she relocated to WA in 2016 to pursue her occupational therapy studies at Curtin University. Becca has accumulated significant experience in her field and has pursued additional training. Her expertise covers many areas, including sensory processing and modulation, dyspraxia, interoception, and self-care, which includes toileting, sleep, mealtimes, hygiene, and navigating puberty.
Becca is passionate about empowering neurodivergent youth to flourish to the best of their abilities. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in a strengths-based, holistic perspective.

Emma is a passionate OT and devoted mother. She graduated in 2013 and worked across the disability and rehabilitation sectors before joining the Child Matters | Teen Matters team in 2023.
Emma loves getting to know our families and working collaboratively to identify, work towards, and achieve goals, wherever the goal posts may be.

Amelia has a passion for working with children and supporting them to engage in activities meaningful to them. While completing her studies, she worked as a disability support care worker across Adelaide, where she enjoyed collaborating closely with children and their families.
Originally from a farm in rural South Australia, Amelia moved to Adelaide in 2020 to pursue her studies at the University of South Australia. She graduated in 2024 and has relocated to Busselton to join the Child Matters team. Amelia values community and connection, and she takes pride in building strong relationships with her clients and their families.
When she’s not working, Amelia loves spending time outdoors with her family and friends. She plays netball and enjoys water-skiing on the Murray River, so is still getting used to the beach lifestyle - but can’t wait to see the pretty places and meet the amazing people the Busselton Region has to offer.

Libby has worked in early childhood education settings for over 30 years and has a deep knowledge of play-based learning and age appropriate pedagogies. Libby is passionate about developing the ‘whole child’ and assisting them to fulfil their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive potential.
Libby has a wealth of experience in understanding, and working with, neurodivergent children and looks forward to combining these two areas in the work she undertakes with children and families as an Early Intervention Specialist.

Tania is a loving mother of three and has an obvious passion for working with children. She is a volunteer mentor at local schools and has been a volunteer wish-granter for the Starlight Children’s Foundation in the past.
Tania is dedicated to supporting children and their families in a caring and professional manner. She values investing in the whole family system to support family members meet their goals by working collaboratively with children, families and their clinicians. Tania tailors her approach to each family’s needs with a focus on building their capacity to create strong and successful families.

Kiara is an experienced education assistant with skills in supporting students with diverse disabilities. She enjoys working together with teachers, colleagues and therapists to implement effective strategies and provide support to ensure children and teens thrive to achieve their goals.
Kiara loves the sunshine! In her spare time you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors with friends and family, the beach, boating, camping and fishing. Her loyal canine companion Theo joins her and her partner on these outdoor adventures.

With a background in psychology and a passion for helping others, Amy supports children and teens with a wide range of disabilities and developmental challenges in her role as a Therapy Assistant. She’s passionate about creating a positive, inclusive environment and works closely with therapists, teachers, and families to deliver strategies that empower young people to thrive and achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Amy’s love for the ocean shines—she enjoys snorkelling, fishing, and spotting sea creatures at the beach. When she’s not in the water, you’ll find her cooking up delicious meals, camping under the stars, or sewing her next outfit from scratch.

Apple is a much loved member of the team, and you may see (or hear) her around the office. She has completed agility and obedience training, where she excelled in the weave.
Apple is extremely sociable and outgoing, and is often complimented on her dedication as a team player.
